As a Benefits Analyst, you are passionate about helping resolve our client's concerns with the greatest care and efficiency. You prepare and deliver monthly client experience reporting data analytics and have the opportunity to assist Consultants in managing project timelines. You interface with other Sullivan Benefits team members to address client issues, goals and outcomes. Your confidence, professionalism, and ability to communicate is apparent when you collaborate with team members to prepare for client health/benefit fairs and open enrollment meetings.

You prepare and solicit requests for proposals and renewals as well as analyze results and work with Consultants to negotiate quotes for broadest coverage, most favorable pricing, and rate guarantee terms. You model employee cost-sharing scenarios based on projected renewal and self-funded rates. You assist clients with employee benefits technology evaluation, implementation, and maintenance including EDI file setup.

You take charge of challenging opportunities as they arise and provide excellent customer service. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensure that their needs are met. You are never bored as there are always a variety of tasks that you can help with. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy.


  •         College Degree
  •         Competence in Microsoft Office; proficiency in Excel a must
  •         Experience in Employee Benefits field desired
  •         Previous experience with Benefits Administration Technology is a plus
